As a member of the board, acting as a critical friend. The responsibility of a trustee is to understand and oversee the governance and running of the trust by the directors and CEO and to hold them to account.

Deputy head and Director of Studies. This role is wide and varied. Several important roles held core to the running of the school. In charge of both the academic and pastoral sides of the Prep School. DSL and deputising for the Head in his absence. Additionally overseeing duties, extra curricular activities and boarding responsibilities. Head of Geography, PSHE lead and teach Maths and RE to Year 4. Gained the Primary Geography Quality Mark (Bronze).

Acting in a Non Executive director role. Attending termly meetings, reviewing progress and overseeing change implementation. Governance and acting in the role of a 'critical friend' to the chairs of the board.

Head of Humanities (Prep) overseeing the running of three departments. Responsible for the teaching and learning of History, Geography and RS, ensuring consistency of planning and supporting the teaching staff in the department. Strong communication skills, both written and face- to-face.
