Our Every Conversation programme provides a framework for the embedment of coaching. We follow four stages Hook, Experience, Learn, Practise. We are more than a course - we don't believe in just delivering content and then letting you get on with it and hoping for the best. Instead, we are supporting our participants and schools right through the academic year and beyond. Participants come away feeling more self-aware, better listeners, better question askers and ready to conduct coaching conversations school-wide. Our programme is certified and accredited by the CPD standards and the Association for Coaching. Participants who have completed the course have certification and can use this experience and training to work towards their individual accreditation (ICF or AC). We have a wide range of schools we work with - all with a few things in common. Great leadership, forward-thinking and more importantly, forward-moving, a commitment to continuous improvement, an understanding of the power and impact of coaching.
