South Active Water Treatment Facility – Fording River Teck Project Directly accountable for providing MC Plus data support to the Construction, QAQC, and Pre-Commissioning Teams, attending daily meetings with the client and multidisciplinary leads to ensure project completion progress and provide MC Plus advancement updates. AOSP Shell Project: Expansion Project to increase 110,000 bpd production of diluted bitumen (dilbit) to the existing AOSP Muskeg River Mine Plant.Role description: Hired as contractor by Complan, to implement, deploy and administrate WinPCs® for the project. Accountabilities:• Effectively implemented WinPCs® across the project with client, contractor and site facilities.• Trained and mentored Data Input Clerks from the company, clients, and vendors, helping to shape them into valuable asset of the organization. • Participated in completions meetings and offered expert suggestions as an SME. • Played an active role in the development of WorkPackage monitoring databases.• Formulated robust strategies to monitor punch lists, tags, check sheets, spools, and document tracking.• Monitored Hazop and Cause-Effect.

Gas Facilities Debottlenecking/Modification OCN Project: Revamping project to debottleneck the facilities to increase crude production by 20%.Role description: Hired as contractor by Complan®, to implement and deploy WinPCs® to achieve Mechanical completion of the project, focused on Piping.Accountabilities:• Implemented population of project tags to certification database WinPCs®, from data sources, including engineering equipment and instrument lists, cable schedules, line tables, and TestPacks (Hydrotest, Pneumatic and Service Test).• Coordinated, led, and directed the Input Data Team.• Completed daily data processing of check sheets (ITR`s), punch lists, and TOP ITP definitions.• Trained project client and subcontractor users in the use and navigation of WinPCs®. • Supported the Turnover process by providing the completed and collated A ITRs, Punch Lists, and Tag and Line Lists from WinPCs® into the sections of the construction TOPs.• In conjunction with Project Controls Lead, designed indicator reports to track the daily progress of different controls of the project using WinPCs® data dumps and MS Access / VBA.• Attended meetings to provide solutions via WinPCs®.Achievements & Contributions: Supported project outcome with the effective tracking of progress in Piping, with periodic updates from surveyors’ team and in combination with Pipeline Lists, TestPacks and Subsystems in WinPCs®. Successfully tracked pipeline work from “Spools” up to the “Flushing Test” and identified and prioritized critical paths. Supported the Construction Team with data analysis out of WinPCs® to identify construction opportunities to advance during plant shutdown periods.
