In 2014, 2 Irving Texas Deputies came to my home to serve me with a fraudulent arrest warrant issued by Larimer County 8th Judicial District Court, claiming that I had violated a protection order from over 900 miles away, for a temporary protection order that was created by way of fraud on or about 1/13/2013 and was filed within 1 minute of another motion, by the very same individual, both documents had two different names for the person filing them, two different marital status's and two different methods of service of process, one of which served as a means to insure that I would not receive the other, so I would be deprived of my property, and over1 million banking records that were in my lawful possession through my employment with Profitstar's, a Jack Henry and Associates Company I had been working for who subsequently "resigned me" without consent or letter of resignations, and who later became 1 of 3 impossible witnesses listed against me (the other two being Medical Center of the Rockies and D.O.R.A. The Department of Regulatory Agencies of Colorado) none of which can legitimately be my accusers, as none of them can take the stand, be cross examined, or be faced by the accused in this case as one is a Hospital Building, one is a State Department, and the other is a corporation I had worked for "telecommuting" over 900 miles away, receiving 5 star ratings from customer's and annual raises and reviews for outstanding performance, where I telecommuted to the Jack Henry and Associates / Profitstar's offices located in McKinney Texas, as they had no offices located in Colorado, (at least not at that time.)These 3 entities for lack of a better term, are listed as "impossible witnesses" in Larimer County District Court Case15CR421, where the D.A usurped my constitutionally protected right to a Grand Jury Indictment and established from these things that I have supernatural power to control the feelings of a nurse who has committed crimes with all 3.
