CurrentAs a Team Lead, I'm responsible for overseeing a team of data monitoring professionals and ensuring that data is collected, processed, and analyzed accurately and efficiently. Some specific responsibilities for this role are as follow:* Setting team goals and objectives and developing a plan to achieve them* Managing and coordinating the work of team members, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress* Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and guidance to team members* Ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and support to complete their work* Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure that data is collected and analyzed in a timely and accurate manner* Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the data monitoring team* Providing regular updates to management on team progress and performanceIdentifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise in the data monitoring process
