We created TDM to authentically change the world. To achieve that audacious dream, we must develop world-changing products and services. For example, the MicroVideos by The Diversity Movement library (600+ 2-10 minute long videos) was honored as a “World Changing Idea” by Fast Company. If run end-to-end, the MicroVideo library would be equivalent to 28 full-length Hollywood films. Our clients use MicroVideos to educate and inspire their employees within the flow of work, launching conversations and education that leads to workplace excellence. The content also powers “TDM Library,” diversity resource hub that provides users with expert-created and expert-curated content that they can use in their culture change programming.
