Responsible for creating on-brand marketing and communication for the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity at NC State. As a primary member of the communications team, I work to develop effective strategies for marketing Diversity and Equity on the university campus through our Campus Community Centers and other units.I am a creative problem solver, who communicates clearly and approaches every challenge with a self-starting work ethic. I routinely use best-practice project management systems to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and maintain the visibility of project workflows and timelines. I am up-to-date with industry developments, innovative strategies and tools, and routinely present new methods and approaches to my colleagues across the department to facilitate the efficient deployment of diverse and equitable marketing initiatives across campus in a fast-paced creative services environment.
