I have extensive knowledge of cake filings and while I do buy some from the market, I am more comfortable concocting my own butter cream and whipped cream. Since started Cake Wellington, I acquired considerable knowledge of baking and decorating chiffon cakes and angel-food cakes and specialise in fondants especially. I use to make my own icings and fondants which is why they taste different from anything that you may find in a regular bakery.I have a very good skill in creating figures from marzipans, fondants and spun sugar.I look forward to each day’s challenge in creating imaginative pieces of art.
