Early 2016 Cake Wellington was established as a company and now operating in the grater Wellington region. Thanks to the online marketing tools, today Cake Wellington fan page is grown over 29000 and quality enquires generating not only within Wellington also from all over New Zealand as well as overseas. Our Cakes are special, We have extensive knowledge of cake filings and we make our butter cream and whipped cream. We specialise baking and decorating fondants especially, we us to make our own icings and fondants which is why they taste different from anything that you may find in a regular bakery. We have very good skill in creating figures from marzipans, fondants and spun sugar. We look forward to each day’s challenge in creating imaginative pieces of art.
