Creative Services Manager (Operations)
Current- Manage the Creative Services Department's workflow, processes, and resources while facilitating the team's ability to develop award-winning work.- Monitor and actively manage creative workload while tracking staff utilization.- Process work requests, assign open work, and track deliverables using Asana.- Review project schedules, recommend timeline adjustments, and assign project teams.- Manage freelance resources and make recommendations to Chief Creative Officer relating to freelance needs.- Lead weekly meetings with Creative Services to review open work status, identify roadblocks or bottlenecks, and problem-solve as a team.- Hold bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders from various departments to discuss resource planning, project prioritization, incoming work, and internal projects.- Collaborate with team members in Account Services, Creative Services, Development, Digital Media, Production to ensure client expectations are met.- Lead continuous efforts to improve agency processes, to increase efficiency and productivity, and to upgrade the agency's tool stack (as needed).- Create and maintain current documentation of agency processes and best practices with input from internal stakeholders.
