My primary responsibility in my present position with Citius Capital is industrial real estate leasing and sales in the Chihuahua, Juarez, El Paso, and Santa Teresa regions as well as help build the expansion of the Citius Capital has one of the largest foot prints in Mexico with headquarters in Monterrey and Queretaro, as well as Chihuahua. They are presently the largest Mexican owned and operated real estate companies operating in Mexico.

El Paso, Texas Area

My primary responsibilities are industrial real estate leasing and/or sales in El Paso, Texas region including Santa Teresa, New Mexico, where I have worked for over 35 years. In addition I had my own real offices offices in El Paso, Laredo, and McAllen, Texas and in Juarez and Monterrey, Mexico prior to my present position. My focus has been attracting new industry and working with existing companies which have had a presence in this market for over 30 years. I have been an SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) for 30 plus years and was one of the first SIOR's in Mexico.
