These collaborations have resulted in several £1m+ managed service contracts along with the need to renegotiate supplier contracts and draft new customer managed service agreements.Internal operations have been reorganised to be more customer centric with the introduction of a Front Desk, the adoption of ITIL for service development/management and the introduction of Agile Project Management to improve the outcomes of internal and customer projects.

Running own business, fabricating and installing steel products for new house builds.

Managed the commercial readiness and of all European infrastructure and services. Directed the successful commercial launch of Level 3’s fibre network in Europe, national network in Germany and the world’s first terra-bit trans-Atlantic cable.Led the production and execution of the global marketing plan to support $1.6b revenues and managed the European Partner/Alliance Programme.

Implemented a sales & marketing plan to support new strategy focused on American Express corporate card holders and withdrawal from loss making products. Increased sales performance through improvements in the sales and account development processes with new pricing & discount plans.

Established a new commercial division to counter the threat of newly introduced competition for a 104 year old monopoly. Set-up 4 new departments, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Operations. Recruited and trained and mentored new sales team.Produced a marketing plan that repositioned customer perception from a monopolistic to a customer focused organisation. Developed and launched pre-paid mobile, SMS, voicemail, ISDN and Premium rate services.
