In a hurry? Me too. In my short life, I burned out three times by the time I was 21, inundated with noise, notifications, and distraction. Sound familiar? Great; we've got something in common. But I've also realized that our one superpower we all have is this: the power to be still.How do we cut through the noise? How do we build brands that matter to people? Stillness. Listening to ourselves and others to discover what we truly need and want. As I've learned to cultivate what truly matters to me, I simply take my passion for stillness with my purpose of creating meaningful, sustainable social impact. Whether that's developing a brand, problem solving a user experience, or asking one simple question, I am on a mission to partner with and empower communities to grow into their deepest values while creating their greatest social impact. We all need voices that cut through the noise. But how?With me, it all starts with a conversation, and we discover what truly adding value looks like together. We uncover their values, aspirations, and actionable plans that empower everyone involved. If we don't, we keep the conversation going, because I want to get people to a place of clarity.I'm driven by empathy and transformational leadership with an undercurrent of stillness. From start-ups to higher education institutions to building my own studio, I've grown my skills in communication, graphic and UX design, brand strategy, digital marketing, and project management. My joy in creative+brand strategy, as young as I am, has been drawing out the best in people, whether they face a challenge to define their core values or succinctly articulate the purpose of a product. When I'm not building brands, I'm working on being a certified life coach, writing essays on meditation and productivity, reading on the intersections of science and creativity, listening to a podcast, baking scones, and drinking homemade mint tea.
