In this role, I lead division setup and structure at the senior executive-level with oversight of career path development, quality control systems, marketing and advertising, recruiting, and C-level strategic planning, including growth bridge and budgets. I direct a team of regional directors and operational managers regarding manpower priorities and emergency response measures and manage all aspects of financial accounting, KPI maintenance, and fiscal accountability. Additionally, I provide senior-level direction for T&M Pro and CSC acquisitions with involvement in all phases, from initial discussions through integration of teams and technology. Key achievements in this role include the following:• Developed a live self-updating COVID product that tracked civil orders issued by Federal, State, County, and Municipal entitles, enabling real-time updates.• Engineered a building consulting division from the ground up in three years, earning a spot as the industry's only true start-up that has grown from 0-100 FTE's in the last decade.

As the Area Director, I served in both director and consulting roles for regional and practice area management from the startup phase. I spearheaded the rollout of a standalone healthcare services division, including qualification for and maintenance of all corporate operating licenses. Through the development of best practices, I enforced and maintained high work quality and drove production across a team of professional engineers, content consultants, and building consultants at all levels. I fostered a team approach and operational pattern in the establishment of an organization covering four primary business units, including the nation's largest drying equipment supplier, the only temporary medical facility provider, and a world-class building consultancy. Key achievements in this role include the following:• Grew the organization through all phases of development, generating $30M in revenue.• Spearheaded the development of temporary medical practice operations, including hands-on implementation of a never before seen insurance service and sparking product development.
