Pursuing my master's thesis at the MIT Kavli Institute for Astrophysics and Space Research. We are using Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) data and machine learning techniques to study variable stars and identify some extremely rare astronomical objects.

I was part of the OneDrive & SharePoint (ODSP) team at the Microsoft India Development Center to develop smart features for SharePoint Lists, which has 10+ million monthly active users. I was responsible for enabling the low code users of Lists to format the group headers using Custom Formatter in various views. I contributed code to Astropy, the most popular open-source Python software package for Astronomy and Astrophysics. I designed and developed 'Learn Astropy' as a GSoC'18 intern. It is a website for the Astropy Learn ecosystem which consolidates Astropy documentation, tutorials, examples and guides. As the braking engineer, I ran simulations of Electromagnetic and Permanent Magnetic Eddy Braking System to calculate and optimize the drag force on the pod.
