As Quality Control Inspector, responsible for inspection of structural and electrical blueprint, technician modifications to aircraft, non-destructive inspections, and historical record certification. As an Electrician, responsible for wire installations, wire to pin terminations, data bus routing and terminations, coaxial routing and terminations, and functional checkout.Achievements: Through applied continuous improvement techniques, developed an installation production process lauded as the model for Lockheed Martin's other field team organizations.
