Initially hired to help re-build and mentor the Design and UX/UI team. Re-brand the product portfolio and implement how the brands are used both internally and externally. Offer training where necessary in order to achieve the goals and work closely with the key stakeholders in other departments to improve communication.

My main responsibilities included the full design, layout and production of the Business Excellence family of digital business publications. I was also responsible for the design and development of the companies brand, sub-brands, corporate media kits, stationery and internal documentation. Other day to day duties included uploading and creating web content and graphics. I was also responsible for managing one other member of staff.

My core duties were to oversee the design, layout and production of the White Digital Media family of monthly online business publications. This involved overseeing the design and production of editions produced in the UK, America and India, and co-ordinating production schedules to very tight deadlines so all editions are finished on the same day. This included creating images/pictures for features, commissioning photographers and finding relevant images/pictures to effectively accompany the text. During my time in this role I designed two supplement publications and rebranded/designed one magazine to replace another.
