My duties included attending to the treatment/ purification of specific operating procedures, controlling plant performance, conducting of tests and executing approved corrective measures to address deviations and, attending to the removal and disposal of debris from components, attending (cleaning, housekeeping, operating) pump stations and/ or operating sections of the plants to ensure process outcomes comply with standards and prescribed specifications and optimum operating functionality is maintained.

Plate count, bacterial analysis on raw milk, pasteurised milk, yoghurt, maas, fruit juices and factory water, yeast and molds analysis, butterfat determination, Phosphatase test, Antibiotics examination on raw milk, production stuff hand swabbing, calibration of laboratory equipment, culture media preparation, quality cont5rol and assurance around the factory, acid-base titrations, pH and temperature measurements, sterilisation of lab equipments by autoclave, report writting.
