Major Responsibilities: • Effective management of the import bills acceptance process for foreign & local suppliers• Tracking inward remittances of export and disbursement of funds towards the timely settlement of import bills• Managing the bank trade limits & utilization• Reconciliation of the import loan account related to RM• Ensuring the reconciliation of excess/short shipment of exports• Responsible for developing commercial reporting templates, dashboards• Develop all the commercial reporting template, insights of dept. KPI for better business visibility• Bill acceptance, export proceed realization, bill settlement, final account & other reports• Follow up with the Team & Preparing Shipping Guarantee status report• Responsible for margin loan management to meet the import liabilities • MOB report preparation for all the plants in the country• Prepare budgetary cash flows and projected funds/loan utilization plans for each quarter of the year

Major Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly ageing report and overdue analysis report for local and global cluster • Prepare month wise YTD sales and collection report for local and global cluster• Prepare monthly collection plan report and initiate collection plan from the commercial units • Prepare, update, and circulate AR dashboard for Bayer Bangladesh and provide projected overdue • Report every month for more than 90 days overdue customers and report to the global credit cluster for probable PDD list• New customer onboarding with Credit limit working for approval and create customer account in SAP system• Taking long overdue customers status from commercial and update it in ICL reporting for global• Prepare monthly receivable tracking report and provide same for the quarter as well plan for DN, CN and OD• Review all customer credit limits and update the same in SAP on a yearly basis. From high-risk class customers credit limit review for semi annually• Provide customer refund process when necessary and send to the accounting team for disbursement in customer account• Prepare customer wise monthly DSO report for every month and calculate ADD for the same• Visiting long overdue customers for recovery effort for final settlement or forward for litigation on case-to-case basis• Keep track the PDD amount from year to year and prepare for accounting write off by taking management approval• Review block order for overdue and excess limit customers and release orders for invoice as per the policy as daily basis• Prepare overdue dunning letters and send to all customers for confirmation in every month• Prepare balance confirmation for all customers annually and send to all the credit customers for confirmation• Overall responsible for Bayer Bangladesh Crop Science Order to Cash process as well as country receivable management

Major Responsibilities:• Monitor AR cycle (Ops & Financial) and take corrective action to recover within time frame• Preparing Operational AR Dashboard to track the AR target against collection and minimize the AR Days• Projecting LC collection & forecasting the order collection against target• Follow up & efficiently solve major issues with the customers for LC & PA collection• Setup strategies with the production & operation team for onboarding new customers• Set strategies & AR collection plan for the annual business panning• Customer grading as per business turnover & payment behavior for risk minimization• Daily updates on LC, DS, PA & BA collection & prepare daily report based on daily & monthly target against achievement• Calculating Customers Operational & Financial AR Days• Business Analysis & on time Reporting to the management

Major Responsibilities:• Prepare ACI Group Credit Collection Report and submit it to the management on daily basis• Provide analytics of the different SBU`s to the top management for business decision• Prepare AR Dashboard with business performance insights and update data on daily basis• Responsible for developing credit sales & collection in time to reduce the DSO• Set up strategies with the team to minimize the DSO & improve the Cash Conversion Cycle for different business• Minimizing AR through implementing credit collection strategies and follow up with the team• Review credit customer’s application from business and start processing as per policy• Analyzing data and generate periodic reports for departmental and management decision• Responsible for certifying all new credit customers after verifying their creditworthiness and maintaining all credit supply records• Check physically credit customer’s establishment, verify the references & bank records of the credit application• Give a view to business about their credit customer status for the final recommendation of the business head for credit approval• Introduce real-time NID verification system for the credit customers• Successfully implement scanning automation and barcode system• Working closely with the MIS department and HR department for developing task monitoring dashboard
