There are two powerful motivators in my life: seeing my kids’ faces every morning (I’m a father of four); and knowing that at work I’m able to create something that at the end of the day genuinely benefits other people. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy working around the house. I’m a hands-on kind of guy, so I make home repairs and complete improvement projects. I’m also a big baseball fan (the Mets are my team), and I love going to music concerts, particularly folk or blues. It’s a good thing I love to travel, since I’ve been to China over 25 times. There’s nothing quite like experiencing different cultures, seeing how other people live and tasting new foods in local establishments. It’s all a part of seeing the bigger picture.
