- Directing and coordinating day-to-day percussion and music education operations at 3 different schools while following standards and regulations set by other directors and administrators. - Managing a budget over of over 50k all throughout the year including large and small scale proposals with product, staff, and design acquisition.- Working directly with local, national, and international vendors with purchasing logistics and services as well as establishing positive, professional relationships with their representatives - Collaborating with other professionals and specialists on a consistent basis both on/off site in a creative atmosphere to benefit all clients/ parties. This includes developing and integrating project plans, assessing impact and effectiveness, monitoring progress, evaluating and adjusting when necessary, and producing project-specific reports to always meet deadlines.- Marketing and promoting products generated by the organization all throughout the year through various forms of media and social media such as Facebook and Instagram on a regular basis to stakeholders.
