OIT Systems - Communications & Collaboration GroupArchitect and Project Manager for Apps@UT, a service built on Citrix XenDesktop & XenApp designed to provide location-independent applications and virtual desktops to students, faculty, and staff.Successfully migrated OIT's Analysis System and its 2,200 users to Apps@UT.Responsible for management of 32 node vSphere 4 cluster running on a mix of Cisco UCS B200 and B250 blade servers across two NetApp FlexPods in separate data centers.Led a tiger team of a dozen employees from several IT groups on a successful three week project to resolve critical recurring email service outages caused by the University's SMTP servers being blacklisted due to rampant spam. Consult with college and department IT staff, faculty, and stakeholders to deliver standardized IT services including lab support, application deployment, and systems management.Serve as Desktop & Mobile Devices Architect on OIT's Technical Review Board.
