The Marcus Garvey Bronze Project is an initiative aimed at creating a bust of the Honorable and Right Marcus Garvey at the African Union HQ in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The committee is being chaired and led by Dr. Julius Garvey. I am a voting committee member of the team. I am responsible for correspondence with dignitaries in Ethiopia, administrative tasks, brand development, public relations, VIP outreach, fundraising and strategic partnerships.

I served as the Project Analyst, via sub-contractor, PATA for the Boeing Company as part of an MOU between The Boeing Company and Ethiopian Airlines. To encourage community engagement our team was responsible for the ideation, design, and implementation of a tech center in rural Ethiopia. The center would hold various technologies, resources, and opportunities for community engagement and development via technology. I was responsible for preliminary research, site selection, equipment list creation, project timeline creation, general support and making presentations at the Ethiopian Airlines Headquarters for both Ethiopian Airline and Boeing Personnel.

Mandla is an ed-tech language learning app that teaches users African languages. I'm working as the international political liaison on behalf of the executive team at Mandla to integrate the Mandla app into the language acquisition strategies of the East African Community (E.A.C.) and the African Union (A.U.)

I served as Spoken English teacher for grades three to seven. In addition to teaching various English instruction, I also utilized a cultural sensitive English pedagogy which encouraged both local language usage as well as English in the classroom. I also provide consultation and strategy to the school administration for expansion and development of the school.

I spearheaded strategic development of the company by framing Naya Labs at a software development company to help non-technical founders to develop tech products. Naya Labs is currently utilizing this strategy as it grows. I also facilitated partnerships to encourage scaling of the company.I led the development and implementation of the media and social enterprise arm of Naya Labs, 'Built in Africa.' Through my input, vision, and direction I was responsible for the the aggregation of initial interviews and direction of article and media development for the platform.

I served as a group leader, an administrative liaison for the IYLI who is responsible for facilitating the health, safety, well-being, learning and leadership development of students participating in IYLI's Summer Fellowship program during 2018.I participated as part of a team that planned and coordinated the Summer Heritage program for international IYLI highschool fellows from both New York and Senegal.We hosted the students on a multi disciplinary academic and socio cultural experience to expand and enhance their worldview on a month long excursion throughout Senegal.
