As a Client Relations Specialist, I helped process complaints from clients and customers. This process involved:- Gaining an understanding of the complaint process, and many of the standard solutions to frequent complaints- Emailing satellite branches of Morgan Stanley and their employees who have close contact with complainants- Checking to see if a proposed solution for a client complaint would satisfy company complaint policies, and informing satellite branches that they may carry out proposed solutions.- The writing of formal letters addressed from Morgan Stanley containing regrets and apologies sent to clients who have complained by means of writing- Keeping a very accurate and detailed spreadsheet of open complaints and complaints in progress, with up to 150 active cases tracked at any given time.

Manage other office clerks. Send and Receive invoices to clients for various painting jobs. Collect work hours from 50 employees and send info to tax and accounting firm. Create custom excel sheets to increase productivity, updating them regularly. Build and maintain company website and emails. Do the bulk of the IT work around the office. Make sure computer systems can accomplish what the CEO and office clerks desire.

Walked finished homes (jobs that had completed main paint job), and made sure they were up to our professional standard, tagging errors if any found. Also sent and received invoices on the side, as well as facilitating payroll.

Learned and mastered Blackboard, a website builder specifically for schools and districts. Assisted with the development of web pages operated by departments. Instructed department heads about Blackboard functionality and maintenance. Websites were created to be APA Compliant.Used photoshop to create custom graphics and buttons to be used on the website to increase user functionality.Wrote articles as the district, informing locals about various teacher awards and topics.Researched the entirety of the districts history and digitized findings.

Managed a small crew of individuals, part time. Prepared homes to be painted by other crews of painters.
