As Director of Ticket Sales, the majority of my efforts were spent strategically planning and executing on a long-term revenue maximization strategy and investing in our team of Account Executives. Sports are unique in the fact that there is a finite amount of inventory and not an unlimited market share to capture. With that said, one of my goals was to maximize the revenue generated from each event by understanding similar historical events, leveraging opponent/date/time, and utilizing real time secondary market data points. By doing so, UT is in the best position possible to generate revenue and ultimately support student athletes as they compete for conference and national championships.Equally as important is the investment in our staff, whether it's a weekly one-on-one, weekly sales/retention training or a strategic check in. Team members that express a desire to grow their careers have an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as they continue to have success and hit goals.One of the best parts of this role was watching AE's take their next career steps; we've been fortunate to elevate team members to the NFL, NBA, and other SEC schools.

- Helped revive the University of Tennessee's ticketing department by hiring, training, and investing in an internal sales team for the first time at UT- Oversee the professional and personal development of seven Account Executives who are responsible for football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, and softball season ticket sales and groups - AE team sold 6M+ and 7,000 season tickets in new business for 2022 Football Season which led to a new UTAD revenue record for the 2022 FY- Developed a repeatable and consistent interviewing process - Position AE's to be as successful as possible (Two week extensive onboarding process + weekly trainings)- Weekly 1 on 1 meetings with each individual to evaluate and improve their process, goals and skill set - Responsible for individual goal setting and achievement- Promoted multiple team members internally and externally (Tennessee Titans, University of Tennessee, Phoenix Suns, University of Missouri, Salem State)

Goals:- My goal when targeting businesses (B2B) is to provide additional opportunities for face to face time with clients, building meaningful relationships with prospects and providing an avenue to shorten sales cycles and drive the bottom line via Rockets season tickets or suite licenses/rentals.- My goal when targeting individuals (B2C) is to understand what brings fans out to the Toyota Center and provide more opportunities to spend time with family and friends and create lasting memories.Methods:- Generate new leads through the Houston business journal, conventions/conferences and LinkedIn Navigator- Provide a unique value proposition to upsell buyers from single games to packages - Service and renew annual book of business (1M+)- Sell suite rentals for both Rockets games and 50+ annual concerts/shows at Toyota Center
