I am currently working within the Digital Scoping Squad which conducts initial assessments, discovery research, outlines project scopes, and create prototypes or proof-of-concepts. We ensure that projects are well-defined and well-aligned with business objectives before significant resourcesis allocated. I am the Lead UX Designer with the Scoping Squad.

Accountable for the CRO programme, management of designers and holds relationships with external CRO support. A highly data and research driven role working in collaboration with data scientists and held ownership of the research plan where I have planned qualitative research incl. moderated user research (labs), guerrilla coffee shop style research, remote testing, surveys and card sorting etc. Quantitative research has included AB/MVT testing, analytics and machine learning. Highly skilled customer journey mapper, service blueprint creator and low and high fidelity wireframing and prototyping skills using Figma, Axure, Sketch and Adobe XD. Lead UX Designer for Dnata B2C Emirates Europe Long Haul Division - Netflights.com and Travelbag brands along with agent facing portal Gold Medal turning over half a billion pounds a year. Dnata Emirates purchased the brands from Thomas Cook Group. The UX Team was small and I managed the relationship with CRO and UX agencies. I helped support an increase from 0.4% to 1.0% conversion during my time here.

From a successful year in industry I would return to University to complete my degree and I was asked to continue to work for Huét & Co on a part time/freelance basis before the company merged with Aminto.
