I worked for the Exmouth Arms for three years, working full time and seasonally. My starting position was bar and waiting staff, and progressed to bar and service supervisor with the management promoting my position with a pay rise. My roll included working with management to ensure a smooth running of operations and events. The position included front of house service and working behind the scenes. My responsibilities included employee management, stock, customer relations and ensuring legal standard where met. Working with management and employees to adhering to the business objectives and goals. From working there I experiences first hand coordination of outdoor events such as music festivals, BBQs, charity events, anniversaries, christenings, birthdays, funerals any many other indoor and outdoor events.
