Wind Site Manager
CurrentSite Operations Management: - Oversee daily operations of the wind site, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. - Monitor and manage the performance of wind turbines, substations, and related equipment. - Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize site performance.Personnel Management: - Lead and manage a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff. - Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance. - Schedule and coordinate work assignments and ensure proper staffing levels.Maintenance and Repairs: - Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair work. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: - Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. - Conduct regular safety meetings, audits, and inspections. - Investigate and report incidents, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track and analyze site performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, maintenance activities, and operational issues. - Utilize SCADA systems and other monitoring tools to oversee site performance.Budget and Financial Management: - Develop and manage the site’s operational budget. - Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures. - Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Stakeholder Communication: - Act as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory agencies, and community members. - Represent the company in meetings and discussions with external parties. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
