• In charge of migrating legacy custom-branded Access database to Salesforce - cleansing data, creating custom objects, triggers, validation rules & reports. In charge of training new users on Salesforce use and best practices.• Day to day administration of Salesforce installation - dealing with user security models & permissions, creating custom reports, troubleshooting existing APEX code & creating new triggers & classes as needed.• Integrated event planning app in Salesforce with website modified to allow registration (web-to-lead) and payment through Paypal. Created custom invoicing in Salesforce and various reports to allow flexibility in tracking payments. Introduced cost savings due to in-house event processing which will be utilized for all upcoming events.• In charge of researching 3rd party apps for agency usage - determining security adherence (due to HIPAA & HITECH laws), cost and appropriateness for agency use.• Heading up new Salesforce development areas - meeting with all high-level employees in the agency to assess which group has the greatest need to be moved onto Salesforce; acting as a business analyst to streamline current practices through Salesforce.
