Unlocking this potential can only succeed if done within legal and ethical boundaries. Besides conscientious combining data sources, it is also important to apply data directly from the sources and avoid creating undesirable copies in data lakes.There is no central organization; the structural utilization of valuable insights from various data sources is organized in a federated manner. All participants agree on applying standards such as DCAT, OpenDEI, API, Linked Data, Knowledge Graphs, and PET. As IT project lead I am responsible for the design and implementation of an IT-governance model to guarantee the quality of intelligent traffic data that will be delivered to road users and in the future to self-driving cars. The governance model consists of a set of agreements and procedures across a partnership consisting of public and private organizations. In the world, Holland being in a leading position, intelligent traffic control is an innovation area where developments are speeding up rapidly. Ultimately leading to self-driving cars and emerging of new business models for mobility. The reliability of intelligent traffic data to support interaction between vehicles and intelligent transport systems (ITS), is crucial. Like in any other data driven business, the IT-governance of the data chain is the fundament of a sustainable high quality solution.

Participation in the development of other transformation materials such as management presentations and newsletters. Setting up a planning for the transformation approach. Performing an analysis of existing processes and procedures to determine the impact of the introduction of the new system.

Design and optimization of the customer service processes for the Internet helpdesk. Set up a roadmap for the approach. Training and coaching of employees. Embedding a knowledge cycle to ensure continuous improvement, Use of reference models like ITIL and eTom. As a result within a year the so called first time right (FTR) and the NPS score improved dramatically. The approach also empowered cost reductions in the area of the callcenter.

Development of a new governance model. This model was based on delivering a number of services. The services were detirmined by me in several workshops with the management team. Based on the services I have designed the processes using techniques like flowcharts and swimlanes.

Within Albert Heijn I was the testmanager for several projects, I have set up the rightshore test approach with India for these projects; these became the defacto-standards for rightshore testing wihtin AH. Besides testmanagement, knowledge management, configuration & releasemanagement, and situational leadership were actually much more important issues I had to take care of in this job.

Within the ministry of agriculture I have fullfilled several roles in the area of testmanagement, configuration and releasemanagement. The projects I was part of developped workflow and BI systems to control the financial grants for landscape development. I have developped and executed the testprocess and testapproach. This being closely linked to the software development lifecycle, I also developped the configuration and release processes and advised the projectmanagers on the implementation. In some cases I was the vice-projectmanager, ensuring project continuity during the holiday season. In these jobs I used models like Tmap, Prince2, ITIL as reference models to be used in a practical approach.
