About Ted Miller

I’m a Senior Solutions Architect with the Trace3 Managed Services sales team. My role is to evangelize our capabilities to customers and to internal Trace3 team members, dig into customer requirements, architect managed services solutions, and provide pricing and other assistance to our customer-facing account teams. I am an accomplished technology consultant, architect, sales engineer, and mentor with over 25 years of experience. My ability to see the big picture was developed through my diverse experiences working with organizations from small businesses to very large multi-national enterprises. As an employee I’ve worked for managed service providers, small companies, corporate IT, and “Big Law”. My spectrum of customers includes those in healthcare, finance, defense, government (federal, state, & local), technology, education (primary & secondary), legal, manufacturing, and not-for-profits. What I believe sets me apart from other IT engineers is my ability to mold complex technical information so that it can be understood by a variety of audiences from “techies” to the C-Suite. The combination of my technical background and business experience allows me to excel at architecting and delivering the complex IT and cloud solutions demanded by today’s rapidly changing and competitive business, technology, and cybersecurity landscape. I know that it is critical that every technological solution is tied to real business requirements and realities.
