Project Control on Cabolter & Ground Support operation (Jumbo Drill, Maxijet Shotcrete, Getman Mixer, SVS, Flatbed, WS Truck Mixer, etc.) as well as Service Crew equipment (Cable Coil Truck, Lubetruck). 2. Reporting every equipment breakdown to Maintenance dept. (FMI / RUC Fitter) either Mechanical, Electrical or Autoelectric breakdown issue along the working hours to ensure the operation continuity.3. Prepare every equipment (Cabolter & Ground Support equipment) pre-start checklist, along with the Fatality Risk Management (FRM) and Neil George form. Furthermore, distribute to all equipment operators in charge.5. Coordinate & administer employee’s training program – MCU 1 & 2, Annual Refresher, mandatory training etc. to ensure all training can be fulfilled based on requirements.6. Provide contractor’s administration such as attendance list, safety daily progressive, employee’s travel arrangement, employee’s work & schedule roster, emergency necessity, employee’s license enrollment, medical claim, reimbursement etc. 7. Organize every equipment needs to be send to Shop for Preventive Maintenance (PM) ; regular and routine maintenance of equipment in order to keep them running and prevent any costly unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure. 8. Record the equipment downtime, report it to Maintenance dept. in charge such as RUC Maintenance dept, Fleet Management System (FMS), Redpath Electrical dept. , Freeport Electrical dept. , Autoelectric dept. , etc.9. Arrange the E.O.S Final Report everyday which includes every result of every equipment runs at the specific shift. Starting from Cabolter’s drilling & grouting meters, cables & plates for Tensioning Crew, delivered cement & materials for Boom Truck, split sets, wiremesh, MDX bolt or resin bolt installed by Jumbo Drill, Shotcrete sprayed by Maxjiet, SVS & Getman Mixer trip number, etc.
