Hi, I’m Arijit. Post a 22 year plus career with marquee brands in sales, I have switched careers to become a Counselling Psychologist, Speaker and Trainer. I have had an interest in Psychology as a subject and with the profession of being a Psychologist; right from childhood. Hence when a chance came to be a Psychologist, I went on to do a Masters program in Counselling Psychology. I also learnt Counselling Psychology hands-on by interning for over 2 years with a leading Bangalore based Emotional Wellness Organization. As a Counselling Psychologist, I help clients in life challenges gain confidence back in life through self-awareness, facilitating change and bringing about change through the process of Counselling. I am adept at establishing therapeutic relationship with clients enabling them to empower themselves and identifying areas to work on, bringing about change leading to eventual emotional healingAs a Counselling Psychologist, I also help clients to identify goals and work towards them through proven techniques. These goals could be varied from the next career move to moving out of comfort zones. Some of the goals I have helped clients attain are motivational goals, career goals, cutting out unhelpful behaviours, ameliorating anxiety and worry, reducing minor addictions and more.I have helped many clients overcome challenges and attain their goals as a Counselling Psychologist.I am a trainer and speaker too; proficient in subjects ranging from Counselling, Wellness, Behavioural Training, Self-Betterment and Leadership.
