I am a registered BACP accredited counsellor with years of experience and during this tenure I have gained wealth of experience in dealing with individuals who have come across personal challenges. I have extended my professional expertise to assist in following areas of personal wellbeing such as; tarnished self esteem, anxiety, childhood abuse, depression, family problems, relationship issues, social anxiety etc. I also have a great deal of experience in bereavement counselling. I speak multiple languages and support any age demographic parameter and, have successfully assisted clients.I use person centred theory as the basis of my counselling practice giving clients respect for who they are. My training is as an integrative therapist and covers different counselling theories, CBT, psychodynamic theory, Gestalt, Existential counselling and transpersonal theory.Counselling can offer the chance to talk through things and bring a focus to your needs.
