I manage projects and production for various markets, including lighting, medical, theater, emergency strobe/signal, and more. I source everything from basic components, light engines, TIR lenses, and complete fixtures.My core competencies are strategic sourcing, supply chain management, sales and marketing, contract manufacturing, and cross-functional leadership. I have a strong background in manufacturing, focused mainly on plastics and metals. I understand the technology, tooling, processes, and raw materials involved in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
