That has allowed me formulate and improve certain skills to not only enhance my work relationships, but also to maximize the products to my client's.I was able to build a team of three key individuals that improved company annual profits by 150% in the first year alone. That same team went on to improve our products and services to increase annual earnings by another 200% in just 3 years.My accomplishments aren't simply economic. I lead the standardization and implementation of new Federal Guidelines that was then rolled out to the entire company. The training program that was developed was the basis for an industry white paper, several information cut sheets, and a repository of compliance based documents.My driving personal directive (on any project) is to build, maintain, and nurture a dynamic team of stakeholders.
