Most recently as a Technical Team Lead / Sr. Technical Consultant at RPI Consultants, I was responsible for leading and managing Infor CloudSuite projects for various clients across different industries. I oversaw the entire project lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions, to developing, testing, and deploying Infor Platform Technology solutions through advanced implementations of Configuration Console, Infor Process Automation and ION Dataflow solutions just to name a few. I also provided end-user training, documentation, and technical support, ensuring high user satisfaction and system performance.Some of my key achievements in this role include:• Successfully implementing full-suite Infor CloudSuite solutions for a large healthcare organization, resulting in improved inventory management and financial planning, streamlined HCM-related processing along with GHR Payroll.• Developed and integrated a custom IPA based solution for a very large school district, eliminating a homegrown solution comprised over 50k lines SQL that historically had to be manually updated and executed multiple times per year by IT staff. The final solution resulted in a yearly savings of approximately 240 hours of work within HR alone, plus additional savings within IT.• Enhanced and optimized numerous inefficient IPA solutions, often resulting in improved run times of an order of magnitude (e.g. 8 -10 hours processes decreased to 30 minutes.)In addition to my technical skills, I have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am proficient in various Infor and 3rd-party tools, languages, and frameworks, such as Lawson Pattern Language, javascript, SQL, 4GL, etc… I am also familiar with various business processes and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, etc. I am a quick learner and a team player, who can work independently and collaboratively.
