Our family has been collecting rare, hard to find cars for over 40 years now. Our current passion is the 1967 Chevrolet Impala 4 door Hardtop. Ever since its TV debut on the TV show "Supernatural" it has been highly sought after. It's nickname "Baby" or "Metallicar" as it is affectionately dubbed by fans of the car and the show is NOT to be confused with a 4 dr POST style Impala. A true hardtop has no center post between the front and rear windows, but has a clean line when both windows are rolled down. My photo in my profile is a picture of our first Impala we restored for one of our sons (we have 7 kids!) He has named his car "Hunter" and it can be seen on his youtube account under mpick67 if you want to see videos. This is the same Impala that was featured at the "Salute to Supernatural" in 2012 inside the main ballroom in the Opryland Hotel. It was a surprise for "Dean" as his "Baby" hadn't been seen all season on the TV show, and the fans and "Dean and Sam" were totally blown away by Hunter as the curtains opened.
