Hello, my name is Theresa Wright; I am a Junior in the Lubin Business School at Pace University as a Digital Marketing major with a minor in Management. Over the past couple of years, I have gained experience in management in the food industry and applied those skills to my position in Phi Sigma Sigma. In the sorority, I have created events, joining everyone at Pace University to participate in helping fundraise for the philanthropy. I have also taken the position of Special Events of the sorority, planning a formal event. Working at a pizzeria and restaurant for over a year, I learned all the aspects of running a food business. My manager trusted me to do things independently without the manager present. Working as a cashier operator at a liquor store expanded my knowledge of the beverage industry. The skills I have endured and projected are leadership, determination, confidence, organization, problem-solving, professional development, and communication.
