I have over 9 years of experience working in the corporate office before I venture into the virtual world. It took me 6 years of working in the pawnshop industry as my first job. I was assigned as a teller and my main task is to customer service satisfaction. Then I was promoted to being an accounting clerk balancing daily transactions and making financial reports. I earned the trust of my client and was then promoted to be the vault custodian where my main task is to safeguard the jewelry items and cash. Before leaving my first job, I became the branch head of one of the branches of the pawnshop. I took up a Business Administration Course majoring in Human Resources Development Management where I applied it to my second job. Currently, I am an HR Specialist in the food manufacturing industry where my main responsibility is to handle employees. Part of my job is to do admin tasks and get direct orders from the executives. I manage emails, make memos, reply to emails and queries, make presentations using PowerPoint, share information and reports through google sheets, make payroll using excel with formulas, and many more.
