I was recruited by Facebook to establish, lead and scale the global content strategy, knowledge management and governance model for the internal digital ecosystem. This encompassed the build of Facebook's first personalized Employee Portal and HR Knowledge Base, both part of a multi-year effort to craft a better end-to-end employee experience and create a scalable self-service model, all while serving the business needs of 200+ cross-functional stakeholders.- Led a global, distributed team of 13 writers, content strategists, web producers and content project managers- Partnered daily with engineers, designers, data analysts, product and project managers to iterate on the platform in ways that reflect user data, business goals, and best practices- Led user acceptance testing and employee research sessions, optimization workshops and journey mapping- Created the People Organization’s first global Content Governance Model: Guiding Principles, Self-Service Integration, Style Guide & Standards, Intake and Maintenance Processes, Workflows and SLAs

-Within Alight's (formerly Aon Hewitt) Consumer Experience practice, I led a team of 6 Content Architects and Writers on the forefront of elevating our offerings beyond traditional HR/benefit communications-Consulted on UX, provided digital comms strategy, and crafted content for a variety of client relationships and needs: experience mapping, discovery sessions, communication audits, site redesigns and more-Created Alight's Digital Writing Playbook – standards, templates and a shared lexicon – to drive colleague efficiency and collaboration
