As a Business Designer I work in a multidisciplinary team with UI an UX designers to create unique brand experiences through all touchpoint based on the developed brand strategy. My main responsibilities are often to transform the business and brand strategy into a clear design brief for the team, define the business model and service/product strategy and prioritize initiatives to create a roadmap for the future. Often working as a process facilitator the goal is to deliver high quality results for our clients in accordance to the defined success criteria.

Working as a project manager within service development, where the goal is to design services that are customer and future oriented. In order to acheive this we apply different methods such as customer journey mapping, service design, value proposition design. It is also critical to obtain vast customer experience insights through different types of customer testing.This project is part of a larger corporate strategic transformation program - Nye Posten og Bring.

Management Trainee Program with duration of two years. The program consists of three rotations as well as working as an operational leader during a shorter period. In charge of ~50 employees and 500 children at one of the departments at the Summer School in Oslo. Responsible for operations including safety and emergency preparedness as well as maintaining high academic standards and creating a good working and learning environment. Main tasks included:- Communication and cooperation with the school administration- Participating in meetings and seminars with the management group (20 people)- Participating in the recruitment process (interviews and checking references)- Informing employees regarding academic expectations, safety routines and operational routines- Daily meetings with staff and follow-up of different inquires- Planning and preparations prior to start up - Reporting to Director (evaluation of staff, courses and operations)This job has provided me with valuable leadership skills including communication, team building and planning. In this position I have truly developed as a leader through challenging tasks and situations.

Working as a project consultant on a project aiming at providing summer options for pupils in the 10th grade enrolled in the national program “NYGIV”. The project consisted of travelling to schools with a high degree of pupils struggling with school performance. At these schools the students where informed about their possibilities during the summer. The job also consisted of coordinating these summer activities, including following up partners and employees.

Participating in the Internship Program at BI Norwegian Business School as part of my Minor. The Internship was carried out at Bring Logistics Solution and comprised participating in a project concerning warehousing operations. Main tasks included:- Writing a project mandate- Participating in project meetings- Developing a tool for data collection- Visiting a number of warehouses and collecting data- Conducting a cost analysis of different scenarios- Writing a business case where different scenarios were presentedThe Internship provided me with a solid understanding of warehousing operations. Together with a project management course at BI the Internship provided me with valuable knowledge concerning project management and project planning.
