My AdTech engineering experience ranges from display to video, programmatic to direct-sold, for both web and native apps, frequently working with common industry partners such as Freewheel, Google, and Prebid. I am well-versed in the structure of networking calls for most major advertising and analytics services. With my experience in AdTech and adjacent fields, such as audience segmentation and consent management platforms for privacy standards, I work to envision feature requirements on macro and micro levels, ranging from individual feature requests to multi-year initiatives.My Javascript experience centers primarily around building libraries and tools to standardize and simplify implementation of numerous third-party libraries for corporate teams. My work tends to prioritize adding minimal overhead to interface layers, providing easy-to-understand and flexible public methods for developers, and maximizing compatibility while reducing dependencies. Because of this, I have a great deal of experience in raw Javascript - I am more often writing Node modules and utility suites than utilizing them in a web app, for example. I think ECMA standards documentation is valuable to read. I have a personal passion for where technology and human affairs intersect, whether that be in developing the passions and interests of others towards technical excellence or giving talks on the good that technology, especially open and free technologies, can do for the world.
