Associate Director, Global Product Management
Current- Directing a team of product mangers, Managing a category of high end listening and microphone products through their entire life cycle, from requirements definition through mechanical, acoustical, and electrical development, during updates, life cycle management and discontinuation. - Working within the strategic business goals of the company to determine areas with opportunity for incremental category growth.- Defining product requirements based on global market needs, by working with regional partners and maintaining a working knowledge of current competitive and end user market trends. - Working closely through development with engineering to assure proper execution customer focused feature sets. - Working closely with global market integration, providing input on target demographics, and healthy communication of product features and attributes for marcom team. - Working closely with inventory management to facilitate healthy supply and demand planning based on seasonal market trends and product forecasting. - Speaking internally and externally as the general expert on the products that I manage and the global markets they support.
