• Lead the Levi's Strauss & Co. business (approximately 8 million garments annually)• Manage Levi's seasonal development according to their timeline calendar.• Hold pre-bulk placement, seasonal PERR technical meetings with the internal team and all Levi's representatives.• Manage Levi's seasonal, cross-source, and full-package costing, meeting Levi's targets and adhering to company-assigned contribution margins.• Negotiate workshop, prelim, and final costing with Levi's SSM team for optimal agreement.• Adjust monthly Levi's business to align with agreed capacities, lead times, and product complexities.• Manage weekly Levi's OTDs/HODs through close follow-up and collaboration with planning, supply chain, and operations teams.• Conduct weekly audits with Levi's PI team to ensure on-time dispatches and meet monthly targets.• Ensure timely transmission of Levi's POs and submission of final packing lists to their factory management system for on time payments.• Secure POs for second-grade garments monthly from Levi's LSE and LSA teams.• Ensure to close Levi's liabilities through the seasonal liabilities log.• Maintain daily communication with Levi's SSM, Finish, Fabric, and Product Integrity teams regarding critical matters and issues.

• Analyze and adjust the Levis seasonal plan on monthly basis based on the factory capacity, styles and finishes capabilities• Officially trained by Levis Team in Sri Lanka for their APO system (Advance planning optimization)• Suggest and advise improvements and adjustments through APO by keeping factory constraints and brand’s requirements into consideration• Leading the internal team for all the Levis Bulk executions i.e on time fabric and trims order placements and arrangements for the smooth flow of committed plan• Responsible to get managed all the bulk testing’s and weekly shipments audits approvals on time • Assist the Sr.Manager for Levis pre seasonal and final costing • Close coordination with Levis SSM team for all the required data of Levis costing template and negotiate prices with brand for best of the interest of brand and factory• Close coordination with Levis Pakistan SSM team for all the on time PO issuance, prices and deliveries corrections and costing related queries from SFO.• Coordination with Levis SF team regarding bulk fabrics, sundries and washing/shade band related queries• Leading the Levis Pakistan product developments, orders executions and shipments with the support of Levis Pakistan team• Work on the Levis liabilities plan on monthly basis to get cleared all outstandings through debit notes as well as monitor the trims and fabric disposal• Manage and sale all the Levis seconds to Quetico
