As Lead Player Support Agent, my responsibilities include:- Managing and training a growing team of support specialists who operate in several different languages.- Dealing with user inquiries on a daily basis through both email and direct social media platforms.- Preemptively and proactively recognize possible user complaints and issues, then develop suitable responses and solutions to address the situation.- Report on known issues and feedback from our player base to both the development and management team.As a Community Manager, my responsibilities include:- Preparing and writing content for regular Facebook posts each week.- Developing new content strategies for upcoming in-game content and releases.- Responding to all comments and messages made on the Facebook page.- Engaging with several community-created Facebook groups that relate to our game.- Assisting with users in a live environment using Facebook Messenger as a communication tool.
