Estella Project ( 2 Storey )• Prepare daily reports to submit to Project Manager.• Attend weekly construction site meeting, including construction progress, QA/QC items, coordination.• Conduct site inspection according to inspection and testing plan (ITP) • Manage the contractor within the site and ensure timely smooth progress of work.• Supervising construction process, quality and negotiation/site coordination with civil team.• Proper record and filling all finalized documents for necessary reference.• Prepare for handover inspections and document any defects noted during the handover process• Oversee and carry out the project according to the deadline.• Assist the senior MEP engineer in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, material lists, technical specifications for purchasing, as well as testing and commissioning.• Prepare defect notifications, follow up with records, and monitor rectification work to ensure timely.• Other tasks assigned by project manager

Smart Hotel Project ( 8 Storey )Residential Project ( 2.5 Storey)• Supervise labour control, manage material usage and monitor progress of MEP work on site such as DB installation, Lighting Fixture & SSO Installation and Sanitary Ware Installation.• Prepare working schedule and follow up master schedule.• Coordinate technical issues related to engineering and ensure coordination among various stakeholders• Ensure MEP works are performed in accordance with specifications / drawings & code of practice.• Attend project meeting, liaise and coordinate with client, consultant, main contractor and sub-contractor for correct work sequence.• Report daily activities and completion status to project manager.• Prepare M&E shop drawings, single-line drawing, P&S drawing using AutoCAD under the guidance of senior engineers.• Submit inspection form and conduct MEP inspection with main contractor and client for continuity test, mega test & materials approval etc.• Handover MEP works to main contractor and client upon completion of project
