I-FAIR is a 6-month programme that provides technological and educational resources, platforms, assistance, and mentorship by specialists from Israel and Nigeria in the fields of agriculture and food security, food technology, renewable energy and environmental management, medical devices and simulation, social responsibility and solutions for the Physically Challenged.• Provided mentorship for 15 startups in the Agriculture and Food Security sector through a physical bootcamp and subsequently virtual mentorship for a period of 6 months per cycle, who have proceeded to winning grants through pitch contests, secured business partnerships, redefined business models and upscaled businesses from startup to growth stage.• I co-interviewed (with 5 people on a panel) 2000+ applicants; 70 were shortlisted for the programTETFAIR is an offshoot program from Innov8, the implementers of Ifair. This programme is targeted at transforming academic research into viable and commercial businesses. I handle the shortlisting of agriculture focused solutions and mentor the participants for a year during the program. Mentored groups qualified to the final stage. • Provided mentorship for 5 teams of 3 members who are academicians (PHD) to help translate their research ideas into commercial businesses through an end to end approach.

• Supervised the Production of Cassava, Maize, Fruits and vegetables on 30 hectares of land.• Initiated production, processing and packaged garri which is sold across South-West (Lagos, Ogun and Oyo state), Nigeria• Managed and supervised over 300 hectares of Cassava, Maize, Fruit and vegetable projects in Nigeria.• Facilitated training of trainers on Cassava weeds management and safe use of herbicide in collaboration with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), German Development Organization (GIZ) for about 405 beneficiaries (Youth, Women and small holder farmers).• Trained 225 rural women in Ogun and Oyo state Nigeria on efficient cassava processing techniques

Tolulope is the Business Advisor-Agribusiness for the Promoting Learning in Agribusiness using New Technologies (PLANT) Programme. A UK Department for International Development (DFID) funded programme being implemented by TechnoServe in collaboration with the British Council. The programme seeks to develop a more competitive agriculture sector in Nigeria by increasing the uptake of technology within the sector. Some of her role includes;- Profiled 600 Agribusinesses along Cassava, Oil-Palm, Poultry, Aquaculture, Cashew, Rice, Tomato and cocoa value chain including Agricultural service providers and Agricultural Institutions.- Drafting of questionnaires and interviewing respondents and stakeholders in the above priority value chains to serve as baseline data for the diagnostic report development.- Took minutes of all meetings engaged between the project, partners and prospective partners.- Conducted field research of potential Agribusinesses who would be deserving beneficiaries of the program.- Contributed to Diagnostic and Inception report development .
