• Carry out regular inspections of blocks in accordance with Clarion’s estate management policy ensuring that communal areas are clean, safe and free from obstruction and fire risks.
• Check bin store areas and deal with low level rubbish and fly tipping on Clarion owned estates.
• Regularly liaise with grounds maintenance and cleaning contractors to ensure they are complying with estate service contracts.
• Carry out minor repairs to communal areas as directed, including gardening works when required
• To carry out weekly vehicle checks and maintain the Community Warden vehicle as necessary

• Ensure accurate information relating to pallet locations is tracked to enable Bretts to bill their customers
• Ensure inbound product data is accurately uploaded to the system
• Prepare the paperwork for outbound Bretts daily deliveries, amending orders which have had location or quantity changes
• Assist customers with stock-related queries via email and telephone
• Assist other members of the stock team as required
• Carry out stock checks within the warehouse as required

• Maintaining the ice pad - scrape the ice pad every 45 minutes, keeping ice level and snow free, shovelling excess snow off of the ice, melting any excess snow around general area to keep pathways clear and safe.
• Marshalling ice skating sessions - have a presence on the ice during skating sessions, ensuring customers are safe, identifying hazards and monitoring or dealing with them as appropriate
• Working within the cafe - serving customers food and drink, ensuring stock/supplies were kept up
• Serving customers at Skate Hire - taking customers shoes and other belongings to safely store whilst on the ice, giving the customers a set of ice skates, helping any who require it and ensuring children's skates were.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction - providing high levels of customer service and any problems that arise are solved properly and promptly
• Ensuring general team happiness - keeping staff motivated, organised and happy

• Support the project team in all commercial matters
• Liaise with the site teams and take the lead with contract administration, including record keeping.
• Ensure timely submission of valuations
• Ensure cash flow is maximised including ensuring payments are received on time
• Ensure the accurate and timely evaluation and agreement of final quantities, revised and additional items, rates and compensation events
• Identify additional entitlement under the contract including the monitoring of daily records

Duties included: Planned Maintenance contract administration (day-to-day), raising orders, liasing with our contractor Kier to ensure a strong partnership, running financial reports for the contracts manager, supporting the planned surveying teams and contracts managers, raising asbestos surveys and arranging asbestos removals. Covering the Eastern Region.

Provided administrative support to the Property Services team, and provided an almost direct connection between Customer Services and the Surveying team. Liaised with tenants on a daily basis, speaking with them over the phone, and often via written communication. Used systems such as Orchard, Archouse, Dream34 amongst others, and sat on the Roddons User.
