• Responsible of LATAM Project & Program Management team (91 people / 5 teams in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela Mexico, CA&C).• Responsible of deployment Program Management HUBs in Brazil and Colombia; • Deployment of PM hub in Colombia to manage high cost in the USA;• Delivery for complex and large Global projects;• Planning, development and management of the team;• Responsible for Standardization of L2C processes, metrics and benchmarks;• Responsible for preparation of local KPIs, Dashboards and Reports; Driven standards for customer reporting – driving up customer sat and productivity;• Work with strategic partners/alliances; Telecom and Field Service Companies;• Cost (cost are above / in Line and related action plan to bring them back on track);Quality (Quality of the outputs are as per project specs / feasible actions to realign them if they are not so);• Participation on winner large deals for local, multinational and government companies around Latin America,• Participation on the global team meetings: London (UK), Dallas (US), Pune, Mumbai and New Delhi and Gurgao (India)
